Merchant Agreement

This Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Merchant”, “User”, “you”) and Tekies Retail Pvt. Ltd. operating under the brand name TekiPost.

By accessing or using the TekiPost platform, website, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

TekiPost provides logistics management solutions including shipping aggregation, courier integrations, COD remittance, tracking, returns management, and related logistics services.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and shipment information.
• Use secure and tamper-proof packaging.
• Comply with all applicable laws and GST regulations.
• Do not ship prohibited or restricted items.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

3. Payments & Billing

• Users agree to pay all applicable shipping and service fees.
• GST and other taxes will apply as per law.
• Invoices must be cleared within the agreed timelines.
• TekiPost reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid dues.

4. COD Remittance

COD remittances are processed as per the applicable remittance cycle. TekiPost may deduct outstanding dues, penalties, or freight charges before releasing COD amounts.

5. Prohibited Shipments

Users must not ship restricted, illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or prohibited products including weapons, narcotics, hazardous chemicals, currency, precious metals, or counterfeit products.

6. Liability

TekiPost acts only as a logistics service facilitator. Liability, if any, shall be limited as per applicable clauses of the agreement. TekiPost shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, logos, and platform content belong exclusively to TekiPost and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Termination

TekiPost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, non-payment, policy violations, or illegal activity.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
