How long does COD remittance take?▾
COD remittance is processed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Amount is transferred to your registered bank account via NEFT/RTGS. No chasing required.
Can I cancel a shipment after creating it?▾
Yes, you can cancel a shipment before it is picked up by the courier. Go to Shipments → find the order → Cancel. Cancellation after pickup may incur courier charges.
How does NDR management work?▾
When a delivery fails, TekiPost automatically contacts your customer via WhatsApp and SMS to get an updated delivery preference. The response is relayed to the courier for re-attempt automatically.
