Can I cancel a shipment after creating it?βΎ
Yes, you can cancel a shipment before it is picked up by the courier. Go to Shipments β find the order β Cancel. Cancellation after pickup may incur courier charges.

When a delivery fails, TekiPost automatically contacts your customer via WhatsApp and SMS to get an updated delivery preference. The response is relayed to the courier for re-attempt automatically.
